General Dentistry for kids and adults

Dr. Randi Mellon grew up on the gulf coast in Portland, Texas.  While studying zoology at Texas Tech University, Dr. Mellon had the opportunity to work as a dental assistant.  She loved how dentistry used science and art to make a positive impact on people’s lives.   In 2014 Dr. Mellon graduated from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston with her Doctor of Dental Surgery.  

Having experience in both pediatric and adult dental practices, Dr. Mellon understands how important it is to make everyone’s appointment a pleasant one.  Her goal is to make every dental visit as stress-free and comfortable as possible.  

When Dr. Mellon isn’t practicing dentistry she loves spending time with her husband, Allen, her dog, Butter, and her chickens.  In her free time she enjoys quilting, gardening, and bird watching.  Dr. Mellon is happiest when she is surrounded by nature!  

Dr. Mellon is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and American Orthodontic Society.

Debbie grew up in a small town Kirtland, NM near the Colorado border. Her love for dentistry started when she went to the dentist at 24 years old and the dentist asked her if she wanted a job as a dental assistant. Without hesitation, she accepted the position as she was very interested in learning about teeth. After 25 years as a dental assistant she was ready to take on front office duties, and has been doing that for the last 10 years of her career. She loves sharing the knowledge of dentistry she has learned through the years with patients. Whether it be the importance of good oral hygiene or an insurance question, she is always happy to help. 

Debbie and her husband Brian moved to the hill country in 2018 to be closer to family and to spend time with their grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to do yard work, go on motorcycle rides, listen to live music and hang out with her two cats Scooter and Frankie. 

Marlen was born and raised in Center Point, Texas. After the opportunity to graduate from high school early, she became interested in dental assisting school. Once enrolled, she discovered that she loved working with kids and braces. She also found that people who felt confident about their smiles made their lives more enjoyable. She hopes to continue learning more as a dental assistant and continue to get more experience in the dental field. 

Marlen enjoys spending time with her 2 year old daughter and the flexibility of being a dental assistant to spend more time with her. In her free time she enjoys going out and enjoying nature with her little one and experiencing new things. 

Yadi grew up in Bandera and has always loved going to the dentist!  This love for the dentist made her want to have a career in the dental field.  Yadi loves that she gets to work in her hometown and help Bandera have happier, healthier mouths.  She plans on continuing her dental education and becoming a dental hygienist over the next few years.  

In her free time, Yadi enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her dog, Lulu.
